Well, as your original page is in English, I will then provide an English page as well that you may link to. The English page will reflect the same content, only the surrounding text and the "Ja"/"Nein" entries will be in English.

EDIT: The English version is in place now. I will copy the entries from the e164.org Wiki list into ours as well to make it consistent. However, as this also requires me to capture other information about these providers, it may take a few days ;-)
