The GXP2020 offers 6 lines, 7 programmable keys, 4 dynamic context-sensitive soft keys, dual switched 10M/100Mbps auto-sensing Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, a large high-resolution backlit LCD display and a sleek, elegant new design. The GXP2020 is the second phone in the GXP Enterprise SIP Phone portfolio. The new GXP2020 Enterprise SIP phone sports a new stylish design and addresses the need for an elegant IP handset solution for the executive office at a highly competitive price. The GXP2020 is a powerful IP telephone that offers excellent voice clarity, a comprehensive set of advanced call features, multi-language support, security protection, automated provisioning, and broad compatibility with leading SIP platforms including but not limited to Avaya Communication Manager 3.1™ and Avaya SIP Enablement Services 3.1™, BroadSoft’s BroadWorks®, and asterisk.
The SIP stack for GXP series SIP phones is also verified by tekVizion (third party testing lab for Cisco Unified Call Manager™ 5.0). The GXP2020 advanced features include 13 call appearance lines with dual color LED (6 lines each programmable with an independent SIP account and 7 programmable hard keys), 4 XML programmable context-sensitive soft keys, 8 function keys, high fidelity wideband audio, a backlit 320x160 high resolution graphic LCD with multi-level grey scales, full-duplex speakerphone with advanced acoustic echo cancellation, dual headset jacks (2.5mm and RJ22), multi-party local conferencing (up to 5-way), shared line appearance and busy lamp field (BLF), comprehensive voice codecs including G.711 (a/u-law), G.723.1, G.729A/B, G.726, GSM, iLBC, and G.722 (wideband), integrated PoE, SRTP and TLS (pending) for privacy protection, as well as secure and automated provisioning for mass deployment. It is ideal for both the executive office and advanced enterprise users.
The MSRP of the GXP2020 is $169.
