Incoming Call problem with patton SN4522/JS/EUI

good evening to all, my VoIP network architecture is: patton-->gatekeeper-->media gateway (as5400) (connect gatekeeper to pstn).. the smartnode registers correctly to gatekeeper, all kind of outgoing calls goes right, but when I try to call from pstn (like mobile phone, home phone..) I can t see incoming call neither on gatekeeper nor on patton.. but on media gateway I can see this error message using command 'debug isdn q931': "No route to destination"
debugging an outgoing calls on smartnode I ve seen this line, at the end of the call:

the interesting lines for me were:destroy mode and destroyed.... is a normal call clearing process or when it destroyes the endpoint, my problem of 'not receiving' incoming calls born?
