Hallo Zusammen,

Habe leider mal wieder ein Problem mit IX67 in Zusammenhang mit Nikotel.

Nun klappt endlich dass das Snom190-Telefon nicht immer die Verbindung zum Nikotel-Server verliert (Siehe meinen letzten Eintrag), doch leider klappt immer noch nicht alles.

Die Gespräche welche über den Nikotel-Account geführt werden, werden nach ca. 1 - 2 Minuten unterbrochen.

Bei den anderen SIP-Provider (zB e-fon.ch) funktioniert es (auch bei langen Gesprächen).

Muss etwas für Nikotel angepasst werden, damit ich diesen Account auch endlich vollwertig nutzen kann?

Funktioniert dies bei anderen IX67 / Nikotel / Snom190 - Benutzer?

Ich habe keinerlei Problem mit Nikotel/IX67/SNOM360 (bis auf das Nachklingeln, was an Nikotel liegt).

Hast du auch alle drei SNOM-Firmwareteile eingespielt? 3.60k-j; 3.21-r und 3.20-l Welches Modem setzt du ein? Ggf. mal an den Nikotel-Support schreiben.
 
Leider bei meinem Nikotel / IX67 Problem noch keine grossen Neuigkeiten.

Habe heute nochmals einen reset bei allen 3 Geräten gemacht. Und mich wirklich genau an die Anleitung gehalten.

Habe nun vom Nikotel-Support Antwort erhalten ->

"Gesprächsabbrüche nach ca 2min lassen darauf schliessen das der Reinvite fehl schlägt.
FAQ-Eintrag dazu."

Aber bei IX67 müsste doch kein "Port Forwarding" notwendig sein (?!).

Mir fällt die Zeile
"SIP 200 response from 63.214.186.6 rejected, no state"
auf, da die IP zu nikotel gehört (asuka.nikotel.com).
Kenne mich aber zu wenig genau damit aus.

Hoffe jemand hat noch einen Tipp für mich!

Nein, keinerlei Portweiterleitungen machen.

Versuch mal folgendes:
a) Disable username encoding bei SIP Advanced einen Haken zu setzen und reboot. Nach dem Reboot ca. 1-2 Minuten warten bevor du den Anrufst versuchst, so lange braucht der IX zur Initialisierung.
b) Kontaktiere mal den Intertex Support und den SNOM Support schick ihnen das Log und mach im SNOM einen PCAP Trace (auf START vor dem Anruf klicken, Anrufen, danach auf STOP und die Datei speichern). Ich denke aber immer noch, dass es ein Nikotel Problem ist; vgl. http://www.ip-phone-forum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5536.

Ist vielleicht auch eine schlechte Internetanbindung. Ich habe sehr kurze Pingzeiten, vielleicht klappt es deswegen bei mir?

10/6/05 -> Antwort von Intertex erhalten -> Sie versuchen das Problem mit Nikotel zu lösen. (Yep Intertex iss wirklich schnell....)

15/6/05 -> Den letzten Testanruf habe ich auf eine eigene Festnetz-Rufnummer gemacht und habe herausgefunden, dass das Gespräch nicht direkt abgebrochen wird, sondern dass ich beim Snom Gerät (ausgehendes Telefonat über Nikotel) nach ca. 1 Minute den Gesprächspartner nicht mehr höre (Snom Lautsprecher / Telefonhörer bleibt stumm), doch der Gesprächspartner (der mit der Festnetzrufnummer, welche ich angerufen habe) am anderen Ende hört mich weiterhin sprechen. Das Gespräch wurde dann "abgebrochen" sobald der Gesprächspartner (oder ich) das Telefon auflegt (Grund: Ich höre ihn nicht mehr, er mich schon).
 
Also ich habe es jetzt auch weiterhin sehr ausführlich getestet. Schon bislang mit Firmware 3.60p und jetzt mit Firmware 4.00 (noch nicht offiziell verfügbar). Ich habe keine Abbrüche bei eingehenden Anrufen feststellen könen.

Keine besonderen Einstellungen im IX67 bis auf "Disable Username Encoding" markiert (eigentl. wg. Sipgate). Keinen Outbound Proxy im SNOM eingetragen (also nicht 192.168.0.1 im Feld Outbound Proxy, kein Dialplan im SNOM sonst Standardeinstellungen)

Hallo Zusammen,

Es scheint als habe ich nun die Lösung durch viel testen herausgefunden.

Lösung -> Beim IX67 im Menu "SIP erweitert" die Option "Mehrere RTP-Media-Sender zulassen" aktivieren.

Nun klappt es auch endlich mit Nikotel -> keine Gesprächsabbrüche mehr.

Das ist zwar bei mir nicht aktiviert und es klappt bei mir dennoch mit Nikotel, aber vielleicht hilft es ja auch anderen *strange*.
