B. 5950) ansehen will:

Wer sich die neue Siemens GUI, welche bei anderen Modellen verfügbar ist (z. B. 5950) ansehen will:
http://80.127.153.164/EOS6GUI/index.html
Hauptvorteil:
- IP ALG Support - für VoIP ist das natürlich einfach klasse. Router die das können, kosten sonst ein paar Hundert EURO.
- alle Features, für die man früher einen eigenen Lizenzkey brauchte, sind freigeschaltet
- A FQDN is now allowed to be used as a SNTP server and can be configured on the CLI and Web GUI.
- On the reboot following a system panic, the contents of 'system history' will be saved to a file. The last three files will be kept. The filenames will be history1.txt, history2.txt, and history3.txt with history1.txt as the most recent.
- Enhancements to TCP port 7000 ALG.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: ike ipsec policies set default {yes|no} {policy name}. Used to flag a single tunnel as the default. If set, this tunnel will be the last one checked. Default is no.
- The SNTP server list can now contain IP addresses of 0.0.0.0 (which will be skipped in the round-robin searching).
- SNTP will wait 90 seconds to start the round-robin searching to allow WAN links time to establish.
- (5851-658) SNTP will wait until the WAN has connected to start the round-robin searching.
- (ESM) Modified the CLI "copy" command to look for the destination file name "CONFIGURE". If seen, pings are sent to the destination address of the host. There are 5 pings sent each second by default and then a wait of 55 seconds before sending the next group of 5. This continues forever until a ping reply is received which indicates the destination host has been discovered. Upon receiving a reply, the original copy command is sent to the host.
- (ESM) Now can use a FQDN as the host in the CLI "copy" command with the destination file name of "CONFIGURE".
- UDP VPN pre-frag handles packets routed through us and packets generated from us going over a VPN.
- With stateful firewall on and NAPT off, ICMP replies to and through our box will have the correct source IP address.
- The stateful firewall command line parameters of -sif and -dif are ignored on non-DMZ products.
- Version 6.1.160
- PPP LCP echo processing enhanced to not drop the PPP link during heavy traffic.
- Added an SNTP Configuration Web GUI page accessible via the Network Time link.
- A directed broadcast received from over a VPN tunnel will now be forwarded properly.
- TCP VPN MSS rewrite handles IP fragments.
- No key changes for this product.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: remote setAppIpAddr {ipaddr} dns {remoteName}. When specified the dns relay functionality will support 'alternative' dns servers reachable via a virtual routing table.
- Fixed OAM functionality.
- Discarding inbound ICMP error messages in which the problem packet does not match an existing NAT entry.
- SIP ALG now handles 'transport=udp' in the Contact header field.
- MLPPP fragmentation size is now based on the traffic shaping parameters for the remote.
- Using 'system configlist user' will now display the primary/secondary lookup correctly if set to tacplus.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: system ppp udp_ipcp_negotiate {yes|no}. If rtp compression is enabled for a remote, this parameter determines if the rtp compression options are negotiated via ipcp or not. default is yes
- Removed Reboot message and Reboot button from the static route Web GUI page since they are now added immediately.
- Stateful Firewall Web GUI Rules Page shows all of the rules.
- SIP ALG now supports T.38 fax (m=image).
- SIP ALG now handles outbound SIP Requests with changing IP source ports by using the same NAT entry for SIP Responses based on the Via/Contact field information.
- The copy CLI command can now use FQDN.
- Using the default of "speedstream" in a LAN side web browser will bring up the CPE's web GUI interface. The default can be changed with the 'system name' CLI command.
- Web GUI now available for ATM traffic shaping.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: remote setpppoptions tcp-hdr-comp {on|off} {remote name} turns IP/TCP (Van Jacobson) header compression on or off, default is off
- * New command: remote setpppoptions udp-hdr-comp {on|off} {remote name} turns IP/UDP/RTP (RFC2508) header compression on or off, default is off
- * New command: system ppp udp_period {0-1000} sets the max compressed packets in a row for IP/UDP/RTP compression, 0 = no limit
- * New command: system ppp udp_time {0-1000} sets the max seconds between full headers for IP/UDP/RTP compression, 0 = no limit
- * New command: system ppp udp_context_id {0-31} limits compressed streams, inbound and outbound, for IP/UDP/RTP compression, default is 15
- SIP ALG passes CA-2003-06
- SIP ALG supports Microsoft RTC Client 4.7 (Windows Messenger) for instant messaging, voice, and video
- SIP ALG handles version 4.3 and 4.4 of the Mediatrix SIP User Agent
- Ping command now includes max/min/avg values
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: eth ip aliasing {on|off} {port#:logical#}
- When traffic is received from the lan, source addresses will be translated from private to public (NAT would translate the dest address from public to private). When traffic is routed to the public addresses on the lan, the dest address is translated from public to private (NAT would translate the source address from private to public). You cannot enable NAT and Aliasing on the same interface. This allows a company to use duplicate private IP addresses on each remote lan, and have them translated to unique private ip addresses within the VPN.
- Example Config:
- 1 - Use the existing 'ethernet ip addhostmapping' command to configure range of ip addresses to translate from 'private' to 'public' on the lan
- 2 - Add a route to the 'public' addresses on the lan
- 3 - Enable aliasing using the new command 'ethernet ip aliasing on' for the lan
- 4 - Configure a VPN tunnel using the public addresses as the source address mask
- SIP ALG now handles the new format of the 'Refer-To:' field in REFER messages.
- SIP ALG now handles Response messages, from a REGISTER, properly.
- SIP ALG now handles call forwarding.
- sysContact and sysLocation fields will now be persistent over reboots when saved.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: snmp trapcommunity {trap community name} to set the snmp trap community that is used when generating traps. If no trap community name is set then we will use the read community string.
- * New command: snmp trapport {trap port number} to set the snmp trap port that is used when generating traps. The trap port defaults to 162.
- * New command: system contact {system contact name} to set the snmp sysContact.
- * New command: system location {system location} to set the snmp sysLocation.
- SIP ALG enhancements
- The system PPP parameters are now persistant over reboots.
- If enabled for an ipsec policy, the IKE PING now runs continuously, whether the tunnel is up or not. This allows the ping to bring the tunnel up if down. Previously, the IKE PING only ran after the tunnel was brought up by user traffic.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: remote setinauth {protocol} {remoteName} allows the user to specify the inbound authentication level.
- SIP ALG now supports RFC 3515: SIP Refer Method.
- The Firewall Filter Web GUI page will now show the Current Security setting.
- CLI Enhancements
- * New command: ike ipsec policies set paddress {address} {policy name} sets the address to ping for "dead peer detection".
- * New command: ike ipsec policies set pinterval {interval in seconds} {policy name} sets the ping interval.
- * New command: system ppp fragdelay {delay in milli-seconds} is used to calculate the fragmentation size for MLPPP packets.
