Performance breaks down also when 5GHz is disabled. A workaround is to change encryption to TKIP. PS: I am using the 7390 with a 310 repeater and switched both to TKIP.

About 12 hr ago I changed WPA encryption mode from WPA + WPA2 (AES) to WPA (TKIP) and so far no WLAN problems with iPad and iPhones.

Do any of you have problems with Wlan, like many of us experienced with the labor firmwares? In particular with Apple devices like iPhone 5S.

I operate my 7390 with this Labor firmware and a Fritz!Wlan 310 repeater that has latest 6.04 firmware. After 1-2 days it is not possible to connect via 2.4GHz. Connecting my laptop via 5 GHz still works. After powercycling (off/on) the Fritz!Wlan 310, wifi will work again for 1-2 days.

Yes, that's basically what I wanted to tell the OP. Actually the beta version on my 7390 already works just fine. It's just sad it took AVM 2 years to sort it out.

I feel your pain, I'm also connected to a 10.8.4.0 Infineon and couldn't use my 7390 for about 2 years. Thank god with the current firmware I'm no longer suffering from multiple resyncs every day. You should try if it also works for you.

Nasty bug: with iphone 4s I connect remotely to 7390 web interface. After log in change from mobile to classic view. After log out (abmelden) you will see login screen with the password visible in the username textbox !!

Since 2 years I own a 7390 which, even with most recent labor firmwares, fails to maintain a stable VDSL connection during the day. You can imagine I cannot agree to your "Praise AVM" songs.

Thanks for your reply. In fact 84.04.91 is not 100% reliable. I still have about 6 resyncs per day ... But it is about the most stable firmware I could find. I will try the firmware this topic is about and hope for its self-healing feature :)

Thanks Feuer-Fritz :) Does anyone connecting to a DSLAM Infineon 10.8.4.0 know if there are resync problems with this firmware? So far my 7390 is only stable with 84.04.91 with DSL-version 1.68.16.17
