fritz box FON DSL modem router problem.. need help..

Dear community,

HADVARE:
I have friend that gave me fritz box FON DSL version with serial number 2000 1660 (have connectors [dsl] [lan] [usb] [isdn/analog] [fon1] [fon2] (power) )
does not have WLAN!!

serial number is:S415.160.00.002.178
there is no sticker at the back saying it is annex A or B
just: Fritz!Box FON
PROBLEM:
I can not access to it via web... power ligth is on all the time
I am not sure which firmware I should try to recover, and what is exactly the model?...
Think my friend tried to put new firmware but he stopped during process..
I WANT TO GET IT BACK INTO FACORTY DEFAULTS..
I have tried many firmwares from avm but none have worked for me...

I can access via ftp before it boots up and log in as adam2...

IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK??? OR IS IT SOFT DEAD??
I am willing to put even openWRT (have compiled it) if this is gonna bring it to the live...

like it has problem at mtd2 partition?!?!
if I connect phone at fon1 there is nothing like it is dead.. no signal.. (I have it plugged into power but not at the DSL line or telephone line.. should I connect it to normal telephone line??)

using help from support of avm
they told me that device is for germany annex B
so I tried to use firmware they told me but still not working!
I am one step further;
now it regenerate mtd2 but after that it stops
( i have tried 6 times and nothing happned .. but now are ALL lights blinking all the time)

and at the end it said that there is Memoryfailure ?!
