better GUI for avm dyndns client / alternative?

I searched for this some time ago, but I just found out that avm dyndns client can handle multiple entries AND (very nice for ENUM friends with 2nd PVC) a special entry "iface" = 1 for registering the 2nd PVC IP (0 is the internet IP)!
First I tried to use inadyn in freetz but it does NOT have this feature, am I correct (I searched for specific options, but found nothing like this)?
My question is: would it be possible to patch the avm cgi to expose the extra field? Would be even nicer to handle several accounts.
I found the relevant entries in "dyndns.frm/js" files, but I have no experience with how the pages are linked together.

PS: I can understand German, it just takes too much time to write correctly

In the html file there is no field for the extra option. I think it could easily be done; maybe I could even try to do it myself, but I'm not familiar how to add patches to freetz.
About the multiple accounts, I have no idea how it's generally done. I just think that a similar GUI as for inadyn might do the job...
