Bitswitcher for Annex A & Dynamic IP?

Good day!
I need firmware for my Speedport W500v for Annex A and Dynamic IP. Now i am download latest Bitswitcher for Annex A. But there only if provider have Static IP.
Prompt please how to make Speedport W500v for Annex A,Dynamic IP, and VOIP?

Dynamic IP is the default configuration. You don't have to specify anything in addition.

I am download Version 0.3.8 Telekom 1.37 annex A and see only Static IP for PPPoE. Please say me that version me need with Dynamic IP as defoult?

Please let me know where you see Static IP for PPPoE when you download.

My Speedport Sees speed of ADSL connection, but doesn't receive the IP address.

First, your PPP connection is not enabled, because it is set to "Off" in the screenshot.

Secondly, you don't seem to use version 0.3.8. My bitswitcher looks a little bit different.

I am use and 0.3.8 and filled all fields, as my login password other fields set on etc. But couldn't receive the IP-address from my provider. In screenshot I tried 0.3.7. and do RESET default.
I have understood that the field " Static address " needs to be left empty?
