IP302 and PoE

Hello all, has anybody succesfully tried to supply inline power to a IP302 gateway throught a PoE enabled switch?
I am trying to do that with a rather good HP switch (Procurve 2520-24), but no luck for now

All Innovaphone gateways or ipphones are working with poe. If your ip302 doesn't work with poe,check your warranty. --> RMA

I managed to make it power up removing the top cover of the gateway, but still I cant make PoE work when I put it back to it's place. Weird behaviour Maybe there is something wrong with electicity that prevents the switch to supply power... I guess I'll try with a different switch as soon as possibile

Either tere is a Problem with the switch or a hardware problem with the IP302 - I am running several IP302 connected to Nortel Switches, Cisco Switches and even cheap Netgear Switches.
