fritz 7170 busy tone+call waiting

Hi.
my telephone provider when you are busy sends a busy tone to the caller and the called hears an indication.
is there a way to caonfigure fritz 7170 with the latest international firmware to provide something similar?

i would like when someone calls me and i am on the phone, then that someone to get a busy tone.
also i would like to get a message indication that someone calls me.

is there a way to enable call waiting by keypad on the phone (eg #954#34*...) on the analog lines (fon 1, 2, 3)?
