I couldn't get access to Eurotelekom's download page either, so mailed them and asked for a copy of the firmware (you don't ask - you don't get!) but I didn't get, they don't support firmware upgrades apparently. I can't find the 'old' version of the pc utility to backup the installed firmware...

I guess that it is version 3.23 that you are talking about. I have tried to find it - but without luck, any help would be gratefully recieved. Believe it or not the phone was bought in Carrefour in Dubai, the make is ecom, languages english and russian...

I'm new here too, and have just acquired an ecom tc 300 with similar software: S/W Version D910.4.1.8 FFS Version FS_D910.4.18_TEQ B/C Version BC_D910.0.16 Is there any way to dump this firmware for further examination?? T
