after international firmware , box cannot be reached

Hi,

I try to chance the web interface of my box ( originally ANnnex B andthan converterted to ANNEX A) to English with this instruction

.. but now I have problem with it ...
at the begining I uploaded the following file

fritz_als_avme_new.tar

then

I typed

echo firmware_version avme > /proc/avalanche/env

and then try to upgrade by recover .exe to international Swiss ( german) version.

but after that I can not reach the box ... all the leds are flashing every 2 sec.

and the bad story is .. I think I over with almost every solution that I know....


I have

FRITZ.Box.AnnexA.en.03.62.recover-image.exe ( for international )
and
also
FRITZ.Box_Fon.03.65.recover-image.exe ( for german ver )

whenever I use them ( both ) to recover .. both say

Firmware der FRITZ!Box Fon (Annex A) ist mit der Recover-Firmware inkompatibel.

and also I tried many different firmware with recover.exe too .. but no chance ..

I think the problem is because of wrong-branding or maybe not

can someone help me to recover my box again.
