Call problem

I'm wrtiting because I have such a problem.
I have a phone VoIP ' Sipura SPA-841' configured [ EXT1 ]for 'sip.1899.com'
When I phone any PSTN number then the person I'm phoning to can hear me well all the time,
however I can hear him only for the first 2-3 seconds and then there is silence but he can still hear my voice.
However when I phone not from Sipura841 but from laptop using the program SJphone everything is ok. and I can talk.

I have second account -StanaPhone [ EXT2 ]and work OK

Any suggestions?

sound like something is wrong with your SPA 841 !
probably you have to made a update or something ...
or look for support an SIPURA, probably they can help you.
