Conference Call (en)

I have a fritz!box Fon ata, I am wondering if someone know how to make a conference call using the analog line and an internet communication.
Also where I can find some update manual for the fritz.
I would prefer in English.

Dreierkonferenz - three way communication
makeln - change between multiple calls
