freetz newbie

Hi.
i am trying to make a new image of freetz and i am getting (always) the following error:
freetz@freetz-linux:~/freetz-1.1.2$ make menuconfig
make -C tools/config ncurses conf mconf
make[1]: Betrete Verzeichnis '/home/freetz/freetz-1.1.2/tools/config'
/bin/sh: cannot create lxtemp.c: Permission denied

i have followed the howto from:

Did you have extracted someting as root? Please delete all files and directories as root and begin complettely new from start as NON ROOT user. If you do first someting as root in FREETZ directory, you should not wonder thereafter, if you gain "permission denied" error.

And by the way, please create a signature and post here your .config in future, if you will ask sometings here. These minimal requered posting rules are to find in WIKI.
