fritz 7270 v3 or v2

In the menuconfig of freetz there is a new option for fritz 7270 v3.
What are the differences comparing with v2?

The hardware is different? In AVM webpage there is no reference to v3 (however in the AVM ftp there is different firmware).

There are some hardware differences, and the v3 always has 16MB flashspace.

Differences were discussed (in German) in this forum already. Please use the forum search function.
The most differences are "unvisible" for end user. AVM re-designed the PCB and used a lot of alternative components. Due these changes AVM changed also the firmware. If you show better on the AVM web site, you will find the "typical" version of 7270 and the new under the name "7270v3".
Since the original firmwares of v1+v2 and v3 are different, a separation in menuconfig is necessary.
