Fritz!Box FON able to route calls through LAN?

Is it possible to use the fritz!Box Fon routing the calls through the LAN?
I do not want use the modem.

you can use an fritz!box fon ATA ....it is an fon box without modem

Yes, but one of my friends has a fritz!box Fon and he want to uses it inside a network that already has a router.
I tried to set the route but nothing, the router is well configured since with xlite is able to use the voip.

If you have a fbf with modem, just modify it to an ATA!

In order to change the setting of the fritz I need to load the mod firmware and I do not want to do that.
But, it is means that without any mod it is impossible to route the voip on the lan?

Without a mod, it's impossible to use the (non ATA) fbf behind any modem!
