Fritzbox 7270 v2 how to change language ?

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with fb 7270 v2. The firmware is only in German, and I would like to change it to English because I do not know German so well. I tried to search the forum and google, but I found nothing.

I tried to do recovery - it did not do anything

I also tried via FTP, and nothing.

I connected to the serial port and have logos from it

Can anyone help me or prompt me? I will be grateful

Change the value of the Bootloader-Environment variable "firmware_version" to "avme" (instead of "avm", "1und1" or whatever) and then use the AVM Recovery-Tool for the international version of the 7270v2. Thats it.
