[Frage] Fritzbox 7270v3 & usb 3g stick

i am new to the forum and i would like some help please. i have a Fritzbox 7270v3 with 74.06.06 and i would like to relocate it to a place without access to dsl, only 3/4g. i would like some hints on which usb stick to buy. Is it possible to have internet access as well voice from the sim, please?
