[gelößt] Syntax error bei webtransmission und lighttpd

Hallo,

Wollte gestern "mal eben" meine Fritz!Box Fon WLAN 7141 auf 40.04.37ds26-15.2 updaten, allerdings war dieser Vorgang mit einigen Problemen verbunden:

Inzwischen bin ich bem 7. oder 8. Update und ich kann auf meine EXT3-Festplatte zugreifen und bftpd startet auch - nur beim Starten von lighttpd und webtransmission bekomme ich noch Fehlermeldungen:

lighttpd: ./lighttpd: line 1: syntax error: word unexpected (expecting ")")

Habe schon einige Konfigurationen ausprobiert (Replace Kernel, uClib++, ...) aber entweder kamen diese Fehler oder ein andrer (irgendwas64 not found soweit ich mich erinnere)

Nach einem ganzen Tag Suche und Rumprobiererei habe ich so langsam die Schnauze voll und hoffe einfach mal auf einen guten Rat eurerseits.
