HFC and Hold

Hi,
I configured my HFC in NT Mode, I connected an ISDN phone but I am not able to have the Function key work.
I cannot put on hold a call, when I push the button, which should put the call on hold, I receive an error on the display.
I need to configure in a special way the zapata?
