How to modify the IP address in 7050?

My whole lan is based on 10.0.0.0 addresses. It's not compatible with the fritz box ip. I prefer to change the address of the 7050 since I would also try to use how it works behind my existing router.
How to modify the 192.168.178.1 in 10.0.0.100? Is it safe?

Hi zooster,

it's me again, cassy. I use the same IP-Numbers you would like to use. So where's the problem?
1.) Log on to your box and activate "Expertenansicht aktivieren" (choose "System" - "Ansicht")
2.) After that you'll find under "System", "Netzwerkeinstellungen" your desired "ip-Adressen"
3.) Feel free to change what you like, but remember, that you have to manually reconnect to your box after changing the ip's ;-)
BTW, do you use a "german" box or is the menu translated to english?

Thanks very much for info, I'm using a 7050 annexB patched to annexA german box. My firmware is 14.03.89 with german language. I'm really begging for the same firmware but in ENGLISH!
I don't understand an heck, Im going blind through menu.. OMG.

I hear you! That's my wish too. It would make "my VOIP life" much easier for me.

Can any good guy try to translate words in the menu? To be put in a DOC or a TXT, I'll try after to edit screenshots and to make a PDF with images of the web interface translated in english.
I think it coudl be useful to many people.

I think I could do the translation for you, although english is not my native language. But if there's anybody out there who's english is better than mine I would pass the ball.
But I think that even the translation of the whole menu couldn't solve the main problem: "What's behind the scenes?" 'Cause this forum wouldn't exist if all the german speaking people who CAN READ the menu even could understand the meaning of the words, me included.
Once again, if you're shure it might help you solving the main problems it o.k. for me to translate the menu of my 7050box

Yes man, I would appreciate it a lot! I think that a translation of menu and sub menu would help not german ppl a lot

What I do at the moment is use the english user manual and compare it to the german firmware.
