How to us mktffs.pl for creating mtd3 & mtd4

Hello all,

Sorry for writing in english but writing this in german might make it even more difficult to read.

To make a long story short: I have set my firmware_version from avm to avme and now my fritz!box fon no longer boots. I can reset the firmware with the recoverimage.exe but this doesn't help. I can still access the box with ftp at boot time. So what I suppose I have to do is create new mtd3 and mtd4 files to set the avme setting back to avm. For creating these files I have read here on the forums I need to use mktffs.pl, but I can not find anywhere how to use it! Whe I run it like this; ./mktffs.pl nothing happens at all. The "beispiel" on wehavemorefun.de doesn't make things clearer either.
Can anyone help me with changing my avme setting back to avm and how to use mktffs.pl?

I have already solved my problem by resetting the firmware_version value to avm via FTP access.

I used this command:
quote SETENV firmware_version,avm

After reboot my Fritz!Box Fon worked again!

Note that in many posts on this forum the usage of SETENV is explained wrong. You need to use a , between the variable and the value, not a space!
