Hallo,

ich habe eine Digium (TDM11, 1 FXS und 1 FXO) in meinen * eingebaut.

meine Zaptel.conf

wie es aussieht wird der FXO-Port (Channel 4) brav geladen. Aber der für mich wichtigere Port (FXS) nicht! :(

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

gibt es irgendeinen besonderen Grund warum du den channel 1 nach dem channel 4 definierst ?

sollte eigentlich egal sein aber man weiss ja nie ;-)

Kannst du bitte den output von "dmesg" mitliefern als Asterisk sich nicht laden lies.

Kannst du mal bitte schauen ob du das Powercable in die Karte eingesteck hast, da gibts auf der Karte hinten so einen Stecker für einen Festplattenpowerstecker.
 
Das Kabel habe ich nicht eingesteckt.
Wofür brauche ich das (für die Stromversorgung für den FXS-Port)?

Und wo hinkommt das zweite Ende?
Leider war bei dem FXS-Modul und der Karte kein Kabel dabei...

Ja Stromversorgung!

So ein Kabel ist Element eines Rechners, die sind z.B. dafür da um eine Festplatte oder ein CDRom zu speisen. Da gibts keine 2 Enden, das andere steckt automatisch im Rechner-Netzteil.
 
Ok, vielen Dank die Karte funktioniert jetzt - zumindest läuft Asterisk hoch.

Wenn aber ein Gespräch eingeht, sehe ich nur das es klingelt. Unser Fax nimmt aber nicht ab.
Wenn ich dann versuche ein Fax zu verschicken, nimmt die Gegenstelle zwar ab, aber es wird am Ende ein FEhler gemeldet und das Fax geht nicht durch.

Muss ich in der zapata.conf etwas besonderes einstellen damit das Fax funktioniert (es soll nur durchgereicht werden - keine Fax-Funktion im Asterisk)?

Ins Amt geht es dann über eine ISDN-Karte (die funktioniert auch).

Bin für jeden Tip dankbar.

Probiers mal erst mit nem analog fon.
 
Guten Morgen,

ich habe es nun mal mit einem Telefon versucht. Das geht auch problemlos (ein- und ausgehend).
Dann habe ich es nochmals mit dem Fax versucht.
Ergebnis: Ausgehend ist ok. Aber eingehend nimmt das Fax einfach nicht ab. Asterisk meldet das es klingelt aber am Fax tut sich nichts.

Ich habe auch schon die Fax-Detection "incoming" versucht - ohne Erfolg. In Asterisk wird dann auch korrekt auf die exten "fax" gesprungen

Gibt es evtl. bestimmte Töne die die Digium-Karte senden muss? Bzw. einen bestimmten Dial-Befehl?
Wenn ich das Fax über den Sipura-2000-Adapter anspreche geht es... (ohne besondere Einstellungen)

Kann tatsächlich am Klingeln liegen, evtl. erkennt das Fax das nicht richtig. Geht das Fax 'ran, wenn du es mit einem normalen Telefon anrufst? Klingelt ein statt des Fax angeschlossenes Telefon im 'normalen' Rhythmus?
 
Ja ein normales Telefon klingelt wenn ich es anschliesse und ich kann telefonieren.

Wenn ich das Fax anschliesse tut sich garnix am Fax. Als Anrufer höre ich zwar das es klingelt aber es nimmt keiner ab. Asterisk sagt mir auch das es klingelt...

Kannst du mir sagen wie ich die Cadence auf der ZAP-Karte einstellen muss?
Mit der Umrechnung von der Angabe des Sipura in ZAP (s. oben) kenne ich mich nicht aus.
