I use Mesh 7590 -> 7490, I noticed that there is no DECT switching from master to repeater, I read the instructions ....

and realized that this is not implemented with DECT phones, it turns out that to switch you need to additionally use FRITZ! DECT Repeater 100, it’s strange that AVM Haven’t implemented this feature for DECT or are there other solutions on how to switch a DECT phone to a repeater (7490)?

You can use DECT-Phones in both areas, but there is no automatic handover between this areas.

Yes, I read the instructions, but there are difficulties when dialing outgoing numbers within the network and also with some incoming numbers
In any case, roaming between two Fritz!boxes is not well thought out since you have to enter additional prefixes to dial internal numbers
