Neuling mit Problemen (Kphone-Fehler?)

Hallo,

nachdem ich mich schon einige Zeit gedanklich mit dem Thema "VoIP" auseinandergesetzt hatte, habe ich mich gestern bei Sipgate angemeldet. Die Anmeldung im WebInterface verlief ebenso problemlos wie die Installation des KPhone 4.0.3 auf meiner Debian(sid)/Linux-Kiste. Da ich mir die tollen Telefonansagen unter 10000,10001 und 10002 anhören und auch Gespräche empfangen konnte, dachte ich mir "okay, dann soll es eben sein" und spendierte meinem Account ein Guthaben von 20,00 EUR sofort zahlbar mit meiner Kreditkarte. Das Guthaben wird auch im Webinterface angezeigt. Bis hierhin ist alles super.

Leider kann ich trotzdem keine Fest- und Mobilanschlüsse erreichen. Will ich eine entsprechende Nummer anwählen erscheint ein Fehlertext "Call Failed: Forbidden". Seltsamerweise erscheinen einige wenige aber nicht alle der fehlgeschlagenen Anrufversuche in der Anrufliste des WebInterfaces. Und wenn ich Mobil- oder Fest-Nr. über das Telefonbuch des Interfaces anrufen will wird zunäch eine Verbindung zu meinem Client "KPhone" aufgebaut, es klingelt, KPhone fragt ob ich die Verbindung aufnehmen will, ich bestätige, und es folgt wieder der Fehlertext "Call Failed: Forbidden".

Ich weiß nicht was ich falsch mache. Nochmal zur Erinnerung: Netzinterne (sipgate) Gespräche funktionieren ebenso wie Anrufe aus dem Fest- oder Bobilnetz. Nur Anrufe an Fest- und Mobilanschlüsse gehen nicht.

Mein Gedanke ist jetzt, daß die Konfiguration des KPhones fehlerhaft sin könnte. Deshalb hier jetzt der Dateiinhalt:

Für "xxx" stehen reale Zahlen im Originalcode.

Ich habe mich zwar peinlichst an die verschieden im Internet erhältlichen Installationsanweisungen gehalten, aber vielleicht ist ja trotzdem etwas falsch?!?!

Das Problem habe ich gestern Abend auch schon dem Sipgate-Support gemailt. Die Antwort steht allerdings noch aus.

Hallo,

das auch andere Probleme mit "KPhone" haben, ist nur deshalb tröstlich, weil der Fehler dann wahrscheinlich nicht an mir liegt. Andererseits könnte KPhone in der aktuellen Version ja auch inkompatibel zu Sipgate sein. Eine schreckliche Vorstellung, hoffentlich nicht ... .

Fehler gefunden - glaube ich?!

Die folgende Zeile im Protokoll hat mich nicht losgelassen:

Da war doch was?! Genau!

Im Programm "KPHone" unter Reiter "Preferences" -> "Sip-Preferences" -> "Socket" können Einstellungen u.a. zu "UDP" vorgenommen werden.

So funktionierts bei mir:
"Socket Protocol" -> "TCP"
"USE STUN Server" -> "NO"
"Symmetric Signalling" -> "YES"
"Symemetric Media" -> "YES"

In verschiedenen Tutorials wird die Konfiguration allerdings ganz anders beschrieben:

Im Moment weiß ich nicht ob ich "die" Lösung gefunden habe, oder ich mich auf dem Holzweg befinde ;-( Zumindest kann ich jetzt erst mal in das Festnetz telefonieren.

Für weitere Anregungen zur "richtigen" Konfiguration bin ich natürlich dankbar.
