On VoIP it is possible. It is a checkbox.

It is in Telefonie/Internettelefonie/Erweiterte Einstellungen/

The checkbox 'Internetanrufe ohne Rufnummer abweisen'.

OMG after I've set that option jsut to try, the webinterface is not reacheable anymore!!! HELP!!!
