How to configure for remote control (telnet, fritz web site)?

The most simple setup is to use a TUN tunnel with static key. See the wiki for more infos and make sure to fully read OpenVPN docs.

I try the static key.

With the image setting I have the local access (192.168.178.254) with telnet and web but I don't have the remote access.

I open the port 1194 TCP for the address 192.168.178.254

Did you start the OpenVPN Service at the client?
Is there a connection?

telnet 192.168.178.254 respond with client and server..

on the client machine (e.g. a laptop or a PC) there has to be OpenVPN installed with the same static key and a config pointing to the server on the fritz!box.
