Patton smartnode 4634 + alcatel 4200 + unhook problem

Hello,

i've got a problem with a patton smartnode 4634 which is connected to a PABX Alcatel 4200 (with the phone behind it) and is registered on a sip gateway to get outgoing and incoming call.

The problem is that some times (not always), we get an incoming call that we answer but, we can hear the caller speaking but this caller only hear the ringing sound as if the call hasn't been unhooked ....

as anyone got this kind a problem ?

Do I assume correctly that you have connected the SN4634 to the (or to one of the) external ISDN ports of the Alcatel system? What ISDN protocol do you use, which SIP service provider do you use, what is your SN4634 configuration?
