Persistent change of firmware_version on 7490

Greetings,

Apologies for writing in English, but my German is too weak to communicate in tech matters...

I have an 7490 with German version of the firmware. I tried the methods to convert it to international version, involving setting the environment variable firmware_version to avme. Unfortunately, the setting does not persist (which is a problem other people also have, as I understand). What I do not understand is whether this can be overridden, relatively easy?

Please tell us the first block (1 letter 3 numbers) of the serialnumber and the "bootloaderVersion" from Supportdata or envirnonment directly from the bootloader.

The new once had a restriction to setup this variable via bootloader

The version shown is: Bootstrap: 4399, Firmware: 113.07.01,recovered=3

No, not relatively easy. You have to create and flash your own firmware version to set OEM to avme permanently, if you so wish.

That is what I was afraid of... Maybe I will manage to return the router, then if I will not succeed I will have to go deeper with this.
