You have to build an image without replacing the openssl-libs from AVM. So disable the depending packages and everything should work.

I doubt that it will work. As I described in the first post, I reloaded AVM firmware after observing the problem, but it didn't help.

Then you should try a reset to factory settings (or AVM recovery). If that doesn't help, then it is a problem of AVM, not of Freetz.
