I've changed some wi-fi settings (from AP mode to client-mode to another AP) and it's become inaccessible from network...

You screwed it and had better read the article using translate.google.com.

You need to get the binary/source code firmware from the deutsche telekom supportsite and redownload it to the device over a serial connection to the internal maintainance port.
