The Echo test does not work on the Gigaset GO-Box 100

Today, I wanted to check the Gigaset Echo test service and when I tried it, does it happen that there is no voice and my back voice in the background, but only silence.

I note that I have not changed internet parameters and Gigaset.net works for me normally.

Does your Echo test work with you?

The echo test works but I cannot hear my own voice being echoed. Gigaset.net ceased to work without any changes of my configuration.
