VoipCaptain - calls using access numbers

Hi,

I am not able to make any call through access number using Voipcaptain.
The answer of system is "sorry, something is wrong".
SIP calls are going without any problem...
Does anybody has same problem?
Does anybody knows a solution or workaround?
May be has it relation to a definite access number? Because of O2, I use an unpublished access number

Ich habe seit Monaten das selbe Problem. Eine Anfrage bei VoIPCaptain brachte nur eine standardisierte Antwort:

Please try calling the number again at a later time. If the problem occurs again please contact us and provide us with the following details:

- The phone number you made the call from.
- The phone number you made the call to.
- The date and time of the failed call.
- Any error messages you receive when making the call.

... was überhaupt nicht weiterhilft. Try at a later time? No na! Die tun ja grad so, als wäre man etwas beschränkt in der Birne.

Nachdem ich alle Angaben wie gefordert gemacht habe, kam keine Rückantwort. Und das war schon im April 2011. Ärgerlich!!

Günstiger Service, vom SIP funktionierts, aber die Zugangsnummer frustriert!
