5012: *111# and *12?# do not work

hello,

first, sorry for bugging you here with english.

i have a problem with my FBF 5012 - SX353 is connected to it with two handsets S1.

this FBF i have bought from GMX with Phone_Flat, so default provider is GMX.

problem is that i can not use combinations *111# - for dialing through landline (i.e. i dial from handset *111#123425 - for dialing local 12345 number) and i the call fails - i can see that it tries to go through provider#1 - GMX, so dialing outgoing smth like sip:[email protected] (i can see it from my telnet window), what surely fails.

the same if i try to dial through another specified provider, like *122#1234567 - it again ignores prefix *122# and does dial through GMX.
if i delete or disable GMX account, then my described above attempts are failing again.

can it be just because my 5012 is "GMX-branded"?
can i "de-brand" it?
if i do so, will my "de-branded" 5012 work with GMX as before?

No Problem with English.

It seems that you need to switch on the sending of "*" and "#" to the fritz.Box.
This must be done in the handsets.
My Gigaset calls this option keypad-mode.

exactly this one was the reason - since both handsets S1 were based by SX353 and SX353 has "Keypad mode" setting factory as "Standard dial" - "* and # are not transmitted during dialing..."
