80.04.02 firmware on AVM02046

I have recently seen that there is an English firmware 80.04.02 for the Fritzbox WLAN FON. I have a very old model AVM0246 blue Fritzbox WLAN FON. Currently I am using the 80.04.01 German firmware. Does anybody know if the English firmware will work on my old version? As I am living in Belgium, I have changed the ANNEX to A.

I can't figure out about what Box you are talking?
You own a FritzBox FON WLAN with Firmware 08.04.01?
Then there is no new Firmware available at the moment.

The one thing you will have to do is read a little further and somebody tells you how to change the script so that it works with 08.04.02 instead of the 08.04.01. If you do not have ADSL2+ then do not worry about it.
