Dear Forum,

I'm using a Compact5020 with ISDN, POTS and VoIP lines.
'0' (Amtzugangsziffer) allows dialing out via the first free trunk line.
'72' (Amtzugangsziffer) allows dialing out via a specific VoIP line (you can adjust the number).

My questions:
Which "Amtzugangsziffer" can I use to dial out via a specific POTS trunk line?
Which "Amtzugangsziffer" can I use to dial out via a specific MSN of my ISDN connection?

The reason for this question is related to using the "Soft LCR 4.0" feature.
Would there be an alternative or workaround?

Feel free to reply in German!

Thanks,
A.

I think the answer is most likely:
"No,when placing an outgoing call, it is not possible to select a specific exchange line for ISDN and POTS lines like it is with VoIP lines"
"You can however set a 'preferred exchange line' for each subscriber"
"You can also define 'exception numbers' to use a specific ourgoing line using the 'Exception numbers for VoIP and GSM Routing' feature"

(so perhaps it is a good idea if one could define native POTS/ISDN lines also in scope of LCR)

Correct?
