Asterisk Fehler beim Starten

Sehr geehrtes IPPhone Forum,

ich habe ein Asterisk 1.4.21.2 Server und habe dort mehrere Telefon angeschlossen. Der Server lief einige Monate ohen Probleme, bis ich den Server neustarten musste. Nachdem ich dann den befehl asterisk -r aufgerufen habe kam folgendes:

Unable to connect to remote asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk/asterisk.ctl exist?)

Auch mit top konnte ich kein Task erkennen. Auch mit asterisk -vvvvc konnte ich den Server nicht mehr starten.

Unter /var/run/asterisk/ finde ich 2 dateien.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
Wie bekomme ich wieder mein Asterisk Server zum laufen?

Fakten:

Server lief problemlos bis Server neu gestarten werden musste
Das Starten mit asterisk oder asterisk -r geht nicht.(codes weiter oben)
Das starten mit /etc/init.d/asterisk start -.- geht auch nicht. Keine Reaktion.

Könnte es sein, daß Du als Nicht-Root mit asterisk -r auf eine Asterisk-Instanz zugreifst? Wenn ja, dann hat der Normalo-User keinen Zugriff auf die Files in /var/run/asterisk und es erscheint der von Dir beschriebene Fehler.

Mögliche Lösung: versuche es mal als root.

danke für den Tipp, aber ich versuch als Root mein Asterisk zu starten.

Ohne Ergebnis

Ich habe nun mal aus Testzwecken ein 2. Server mit (apt-get install asterisk) Asterisk installiert. Nach einem neustart des Servers, bekanntes Problem. Ich kann als Root das Programm nicht starten. Egal on asterisk/asterisk -r/asterisk -vvvvvc oder /etc/init.d/asterisk start/stop/restart/reload

Immerwieder das selbe Problem.

Findet sich in der /var/log/asterisk/messages irgendwas, was ihm nicht passt?

Wie sieht denn die asterisk.conf aus? Hier sind einige settings den start betreffend drin.
wenn die asterisk abschmiert kann man mit dem coredump einen backtrace erstellen und vielleicht herausfinden was passier.
Das debuglevel könnte noch erhöht werden.

Sieht so aus. Offensichtlich hast Du Teile der Config als Realtime, aber Asterisk bekommt keine Verbindung zur Datenbank.

Schau nach, ob der Datenbankserver läuft und ob der Login funktioniert.

habe nochmal nachgeschaut. ich habe wohl kein Postgresql wenden Mysql. Kann es sein, dass Asterisk eher MySQL benutzt? MySQL ist an und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Asterisk benutzt das, was in der extconfig.conf eingestellt ist. Ggf. könntest Du, wenn nicht genutzt, das res_config_pgsql.so in der modules.conf auf noload setzen.
