asterisk on fritz and port 5060

Hi.
i do run asterisk on fritz on port 5061.
if i do edit the file in /var/flash/voip.cfg
voipcfg {
dnsport = 7077;
rtpport_start = 7078;
sip_srcport = 5060;
ua1 {


and change sip_srcport = 5060; to sip_srcport = 5061;
will it be any problem or it will be ok?


At the moment in the fon1 and fon2 i do have the setting asterisk_ip:5061, in the new settings it will be asterisk_ip.

yes, it works! i gave my box a restart after changing .. but i don't know whether there are problems with web-interface defaults ?!

there should be no problems with the webinterface.
I thought the sip sourceport is the port locally used by the eqipment.

So if i check "sip show peers" there will be the port shown the sip user equipment uses

So i would expect that also because of the changes only in the AVM webinterce the address "asterisk_ip:5061" should work
Also i would expect that this should not be used because 5061 is the port the asterisk server on the fritzbox is listening to and only one application can use one port.

@waldoo, Du hast das glaube ich falsch verstanden. Der TE wollte den voipd auf 5061 setzen, damit Asterisk auf 5060 laufen kann.

@sschaak, da der source-port nicht übers WebIF geändert werden kann, wird es diesen höchst wahrscheinlich auch nicht überschreiben.
