[Problem] bei Mailboxabfrage wird einfach aufgelegt.

Hallo,
wenn ich eine Nachricht habe und meine Mailboxtaste am Telefone drücke (*97) werde ich nach meinen Passwort gefragt. Alles soweit gut, wen ich das jetzt eintippe höre ich nich das ich x Nachrichten habe. Jetzt wird einfach aufgelegt, rufe ich die *98 an und gebe meine extension und Passwort ein geht alles problemlos. Problemlos kann ich auch die *97 anrufen und mich einloggen wenn keine Nachrichten im Postfach liegt.

Ist da ein Fehler bekannt, welche Datei müsste ich liefern damit man mir helfen kann ?
