Business VoIP with Softphone

Dear Forum Users,
I am new to the forum and my level of German is not good enough but anyway I hope its a right place for this question.

I am looking for VoIP provider in Germany for a medium size company. A very important thing is that the provider offers:

1. Softphone
2. One bill for many users
3. One company number with individual dial-in-numbers per user
4. Features like call forwarding and conferencing

I´d be very grateful for any suggestions or hints!

Hi ediber, welcome to the forum.

I'd suggest dus.net for your request.
From my point of view the provider based softphone should not be a key feature. There are lots of softphones availible from 3rd parties also.
