Naja, Zeit ist knapp

Bei der aktuellen dtmfbox ist ein Webphone dabei. Zugegeben ist es momentan etwas anders aufgebaut und man müsste noch mehr an der Latenz feilen, aber damit kann man direkt über die Weboberfläche telefonieren (Java-Applet).

Die Sache mit dem Callback wäre natürlich auch möglich, könnte aber auch leicht ausgenutzt werden.
Es müsste nur einer so eine Webseite bauen und dem Programm mitteilen, dass es zwei Anrufe durchführen soll und die beiden Gespräche verbindet.
Wenn so eine Webseite schon besteht, fehlt halt nur noch der Programmaufruf:
