[Frage] cisco ip phones

Hi.
i do have a few success installations of asterisk on fritzbox. Everything works fine.
My question is how to connect the cisco IP phones on the asterisk fritz. i am a bit confused how to make it work.

personally i have never used ist, but you need a cisco phone either with a SIP stack or with the MGCP version?

On my current running selve compiled asterisk with the freetz patch there is a "chan_mgcp.so" Module included.
