connection limit

Hello!

I need a small PBX for the office. I'm thinking about 7270 or 7390. How many calls can be made simultaneously through the voip gateway. Is the connection via analog lines affect this limit?

Is there any english sub-forum?

You can write in english, it's ok.
This fritz-prozessor are limited to 5 voip-channels (7270) and imo also 5 voip-channels (7390).
When you use an internal ip-phone, conneced to the fritz-voip-server and talk via an externem voip-account, use need 2 voip-channels for this call.

I saw You first wrote "3 voip-channels (7270)". Looks like You not certain. Can someone confirm 5 voip-channels?
I am planning to connect standard phones or dect handset. Whether they will use 1 voip-channel each. So its possible that 5 (or 3) people can talk simultaneously through voip?

If I had an ip-phone, I'd probably use its processor. Fritz would be used only as router. This way it will not affect the limit. Am I correct?

Sorry, i wrote 3 channels, but 3 channels are from the 7170. So i corrected to 5 channels after a few minutes. This is confirmed by many posts in this board.
when you use an ip-phone and connect this directly to a voip-provider, so the fritz is only a router, that's correct!
And last but not least 5 simultaneously calls are possible, when your internet-connection is large enough.

I received a reply from AVM Support, but im not sure I understand it.

The FRITZ!Box allows up to three simultaneous Internet telephony connections via the analogue ports (e.g. FON 1) and two via the "FON S0" port. All additional calls are automatically established via the fixed line.

How can I make 3 calls through 2 analog ports? Isn't FON S0 only for ISDN?

Another question:
When using Y-shaped cable in dsl/tel socket do I need to connect the same line? Can I connect one analog line for DSL and different analog line (different number) from telephone provider?
