Is there a way to change the dialtone of a HandyTone 488 from the "US dial tone" (lower) to the "European dial tone" (higher)? I managed to do this with a Cisco ATA 186, but cannot find it in the HandyTones... I have the latest beta firmware.

A pity So even the devices bought in Europe have a US dialtone, correct?

Yes, but many manufacturers change the settings for Europe (e.g. Cisco)...
