[Frage] Einfach kostenlos lösung zwischen FRITZ!Box 7290 und Elastix/FreePBX?

Hi alle,

Als erste ich habe Deutsch uber 15 Jahre her gelernt wile ich ins Deutschland lebte und jetzt lebe ich die USA also einschuldige mein Grammatik :sad:

Mein Bruder lebt in Deutschland un hat FRITZ!Box Fon 7390 router ich hab Elastix v2.3 mit FreePBX 2.8.1.4 was wurde das beste Losung das zwei kostenlos zu anrufen. Er hat unter "Internettelefonie" und dann "Neue Internetrufnummer" und andere anbitter. Er hat mein sub account von voip.ms geshtelt aber ich weis nicht wie er kann mich anrufen. Mein SIP URI ist [email protected]

Haben sie vielleicht etwas besseres?

Wir beide auch haben callcentric.com accounts.

If you assign a dynamic DNS name to each end, i.e., to your router and your brother's router, you could call each other directly without much hazzle. No provider needed.

For all other cases, you'll need two VoIP accounts (ideally with the same provider). One account may call the other. So, if you use your callcentric.com accounts, why not call out from one end to the respective other number? I don't quite get the problem.

The problem is that I don't know anything about FRITZ!Box side. I have setup accounts with both voip.ms and callcentric.com so that's not the problem. Problem is how he can call me and where to set it up? Some light on the steps what to setup on fritz box would be greatly appreciated!

Your brother has to create a phone book entry within his FritzBox:
Name: JohnnyBegood
Rufnummer Privat: [email protected]
Kurzwahl: **7xx
He can select the "xx" numbers by himself.

Now he can easily dial your sip number by using the "Kurzwahl" **7xx
He only has tu punch **7xx on his phones keypad.
