FB 7270, Nokia E71 and VPN for an idiot (EN)

OK, I have FB 7270 nad Nokia E71. Can someone explain me how I can make VPN so can access my network from E71 when I am away. I have static IP and few domains on is, so can use one of them or IP for VPN only.

Please reply in English, my German sucks.
