[Frage] FB 7590 AVM-dl 08.20.image, Freetz-ng uses 7590-08-21

I'm building a Freetz-ng image using the latest commit.
I see that Freetz-ng is using 7590-08-21, where on the standard AVM dl page only 7590-08-20 is available.

From a search I find that AVM likely pulled 7590-08-21.
Is there any situation when FRITZ.Box_7590-08.21.image should not be used?

The "FRITZ.Box_7590-08.21.image" is a special firmware version similar to the "FRITZ.Box_7490-07.61.image".
There is a special fix included only usefull for customers of the DTAG in Germany.

I get that there likely only changes to a profile specific for a DTAG.
I will just give 8.21 a try.

I built a Freetz-NG image for the 7690 with a current Fritz Beta image:

1) Set the version to 8.20 in menuconfig
2) Replace the 8.20 image in the /dl/fw folder with the beta image from Fritz

Worked for the 7690, should work for the 7590.

Oh, wow. I was not aware you could just put a lab version in the dl/fw folder and Freetz-ng will just build an image from it.
I was always looking for a commit that included the lab-image.
(but must admit I normally don't use a lab version)
I will have a look at the new features.

You have to rename the lab image with the name of the 8.20 image!
