FBF in Argentinien

I have installed a FBF 7050 in Buenos Aires
I want to collect/share the requested modifications:

My configuation is:
FBF 7050
FirmwareVersion=14.04.31

Country=049

Changes:
1) from Annex B to Annex A (with env variable change)

2) timezone
2.1) read the ar7.cfg file thanks to FBEditor
2.2) change the timezone to

timezone_manual {
enabled = yes;
offset = 3;
dst_enabled = yes;
TZ_string = "CET3CEST,M10.5.0/1,M3.5.0/1";
}

Be carefull on the other side of the world the SOmmezeit is from Octobet to March (viceversa compared to Europe) => the order is importa in the TZ string

2.3 write the new settings.
